I am knowledgeable about minor to moderate electrical work. I have planned & installed wiring and fixtures in a garage conversion, rewired houses, replaced breaker panels, hung ceiling fans & light fixtures, installed and replaced outlets & switches & electric water heaters, troubleshot & repaired circuit failures. I can run phone lines and install data filters. I know when to consult a certified electrician.
I can do rough carpentry, including framing, door & window installation, siding, trim, decks, attic stairs, and fences. I have experience on a house framing crew and own a framing gun, compressor and trim nailer. I can do drywall installation and repair, and of course painting.
